Guided by the great initiatives of our independent, permanently neutral state—under the leadership of our Arkadag and President Arkadagly Serdar—we are fostering friendly, fraternal, and mutually beneficial relations with nations across the globe. Achievements in the cultural sphere are driving the revival and development of various art forms, while simultaneously invigorating our extensive international ties. To further advance these accomplishments, we regularly host international festivals, exhibitions, competitions, and "Days of Culture." Our glorious history, culture, and national heritage command immense interest worldwide. This is particularly significant for instilling in our younger generation a love for the ancient customs passed down by our ancestors, and for sharing our illustrious history with the wider world. Thanks to the unprecedented efforts of our esteemed President, "Days of Culture of Turkmenistan" are held throughout the year in various fraternal nations. From June 4 to 6, 2026, these "Days of Culture" took place in Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation—a development that contributes significantly to strengthening the friendly relations between our two states. Through the unparalleled dedication of our Serdar, the culture and soul of Turkmenistan are being revealed to the world. For our nation is a land of peace, friendship, brotherhood, humanism, trust, and a flourishing culture.
