During the Revival of the New Era of the Sovereign State, a competition was organized in the Year of the Arkadagly Era of the People under the theme "I have an independent homeland, I have a happy future" with the participation of amateur musicians from rural cultural houses of Ak Bugday district's Culture Department. The most distinguished young performers in the competition were amateur musicians who were selected for the pre-provincial tour round and were presented with souvenirs.
