December 12, 1995 is one of the most important dates in the life of our beloved people. On the occasion of this date, they are planning a musical festival called "Neutrality-Eternal Prosperity" on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality at the Ak Altyn Village House of Culture, and are confidently advancing with their well-deserved wedding gift to this holiday, which is widely celebrated in the country. The first neutral country in the world recognized by the United Nations is our dear motherland, Turkmenistan. This is the highest level achieved by the Turkmen state and the united Turkmen people in the world. The permanent level of neutrality strengthens the valuable principles of humanism, peace, mutual understanding and brotherhood.Turkmenistan is the first and only permanent neutral state officially recognized by the United Nations. On June 3, 2015, at the 69th session of the UN General Assembly, the Resolution on "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan" was unanimously adopted for the second time.
