The wise initiatives of our Esteemed President, stemming from our neutrality policy, are widely recognized throughout the world. Turkmenistan prioritizes not only its national interests, but also interregional cooperation, bilateral mutually beneficial and friendly relations. This testifies to the fact that our country's foreign policy puts peace, unity, and friendship above all else. Turkmenistan is widely known not only in Central Asia but also throughout the world as a center of reconciliation, recognized three times by the United Nations, and as a neutral state. Based on the legal status of permanent neutrality, Turkmenistan consistently expands multilateral international relations. It is increasingly expanding the scope of efforts to effectively develop it at the interstate level, as well as within the framework of authoritative international organizations. The foreign policy strategy of permanent neutral Turkmenistan serves as an effective instrument for establishing effective cooperation and strengthening good-neighborly relations between states and peoples. Such great initiatives are implemented thanks to the peace-loving, friendly foreign policy of the esteemed President.
