The International Year of Peace and Trust is even more important because it marks the 30th anniversary of the recognition of our permanent Neutrality and the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the United Nations. Thanks to the noble work, carried out by the efforts of our Gahryman Arkadag and the Esteemed President, the international authority of prosperous Turkmenistan as a peacemaking state is increasingly strengthening. Efforts aimed at further improving the standard of living of our people, the economic power of our homeland, and expanding the scope of international cooperation lead to success. Our country is successfully implementing a foreign policy strategy based on the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness and trust, and consistently developing friendly, mutually beneficial cooperation relations with countries around the world. The regular meetings of our Esteemed President and National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gahryman Arkadag, with the Heads of friendly states and high-ranking guests visiting our country clearly confirm this fact.
