In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, one of the priorities of state policy is to ensure the rights and well-being of children. In the socio-political, socio-economic and cultural spheres of our country, conditions aimed at protecting and consistently improving the rights of children are widely implemented. In order to express commitment of Turkmenistan to its obligations to ensure the rights of children based on international treaties and to expand their opportunities to exercise their rights, the “National action plan for the implementation of children’s rights in Turkmenistan for 2023-2028” was approved. This Plan is based on a solid socio-economic and legal basis. Currently, cooperation with countries and international organizations around the world is actively developing. Our country has joined hundreds of international conventions, agreements and other multilateral documents.
