Before the start of the round table between the progressive youth of the country, in the year “Turkmenistan is a Homeland of Peace and Trust” a concert event was organized by the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Mahtumkuli jointly with Gengeshi of Akhal region and Bakharder district, in the foyer of the Culture Center in Archman of the Bakharden district, with the purpose of implementing the State Program for 2021-2025 on the development of youth state policy in Turkmenistan and attracting young people to librarianship, increasing the level of use of library services and explaining the importance of libraries for young people.
